As both a new business owner and a proud new father, Dan is excited to bring Overtime Athletics’ high-energy youth sports programs to the Nashville community — inspiring movement, confidence, and connection in the next generation.

Originally from Northeast Ohio (and a proud Browns fan), Dan grew up on the playing field — forming lifelong friendships, learning through competition, and developing the resilience that comes from being part of a team. Those early experiences shaped his passion for youth development and community-building through sports.

Professionally, Dan has spent the past decade at the intersection of health, business strategy, and scalable innovation. From personal training and health coaching to leading go-to-market strategy in the digital health space, his work has centered around improving access to wellness solutions — including programs that enhance physical activity and social connection across diverse populations.

What’s remained constant is his belief in the power of systems that help individuals and communities thrive — and that’s exactly what drew him to Overtime Athletics. With its school-based model, OTA makes movement fun and accessible for kids while delivering meaningful value to families and schools. More than just physical activity, it’s an early investment in children’s confidence, well-being, and sense of belonging.
