We are excited to officially welcome Eric Baril as the newest Overtime Athletics Franchise Owner serving the Greater Boston Area!

Eric brings an incredible combination of leadership, education, entrepreneurship, and passion for youth development to the OTA family. As an Air Force Veteran, Eric has dedicated his life to service, discipline, and leadership. He also spent 15 years teaching Physical Education, including 5 years at the elementary level, where he inspired countless children to stay active, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for sports and movement.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education along with a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Teaching, giving him a unique ability to combine fun, structure, and impactful learning experiences for kids of all ages.

In addition to his education career, Eric successfully operated his own cleaning company over the last two years, showcasing his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to building strong businesses and relationships within his community.

Most importantly, Eric is passionate about helping children discover the joy of sports, teamwork, and active play in a positive and encouraging environment.
