We are proud to officially welcome Ben Cordova as the newest Overtime Athletics Franchise Owner, bringing our programs to the Tucson community!

Ben’s background is nothing short of extraordinary. After serving 21 years in the United States Marine Corps within the Special Operations Community, he transitioned into business leadership as the President of Guard Management Inc., overseeing 4 offices and more than 1,500 employees providing high-end security services.

But what makes Ben such a perfect fit for Overtime Athletics goes far beyond his professional accomplishments.

A dedicated lifelong athlete, Ben earned his black belt in Japanese Aikido at age 60 and continues to challenge himself by studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is also a proud father of two and grandfather of five, deeply understanding the impact that positive youth experiences can have across generations.

Having lived in Japan for 7 years and Hawaii for 5 years, Ben witnessed firsthand how youth sports and physical fitness can strengthen community bonds and shape confident, connected kids. That philosophy now drives his passion to make a difference in Tucson.
