We’re excited to announce Suchi Agrawal as the newest Overtime Athletics franchise owner, serving the Greater Bay Area, California!

Suchi brings a strong background in youth wellness, movement, and mindfulness to OTA. A certified yoga and meditation teacher, she is passionate about helping children develop confidence, resilience, healthy habits, and a lifelong love of being active.

Introduced to yoga by her mother at a young age, Suchi experienced firsthand the positive impact movement can have on physical, emotional, and mental well-being. As a mother herself, she understands the importance of creating environments where children can move, play, learn, and have fun while building confidence.

Suchi earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India and is the founder of Bright Roots Yoga, a mobile children’s yoga program, as well as Able Agers, which provides accessible yoga experiences for seniors.

Her passion for working with children and building healthier communities makes her a natural fit for Overtime Athletics.

We’re thrilled to welcome Suchi to the OTA family and can’t wait to see her bring Overtime Athletics programs to schools, preschools, recreation centers, and families throughout the Greater Bay Area!
