We are excited to officially welcome Mike Laping, our newest Overtime Athletics franchise owner, bringing OTA to Winnipeg, Manitoba!

A proud Winnipeger and father of two boys, Chase and Pearson, Mike brings an incredible passion for youth sports, with over 40 years of experience in sports and more than 20 years of coaching!

Throughout his life, Mike has been dedicated to helping others learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Now, he's bringing that same commitment to the children and families of Winnipeg through Overtime Athletics.

Mike's mission goes far beyond teaching sports. He's passionate about creating an environment where every child feels included, builds confidence, develops teamwork, and discovers the joy of staying active.

💬 "For me, it’s about more than sports — it’s about building character, creating memories, and making a lasting difference in kids’ lives." — Mike Laping

We couldn't be more excited to have Mike join the OTA family and expand our impact across Canada!

Welcome aboard, Mike! We can't wait to see the difference you'll make in the Winnipeg community! 🏆
