March 6th, 2026 | Reston VA: We are excited to officially welcome Elexis Rogers as the newest franchise owner in the Overtime Athletics network! Elexis will be leading OTA Greater Warrenton, Virginia, bringing our fun, engaging, and skill-building youth sports programs to families throughout the community.

With a background as an educator and mother, Elexis understands firsthand how important sports are in a child’s development. She believes athletics play a critical role in both physical growth and emotional confidence, and she is passionate about creating positive experiences for young athletes.

As an Overtime Athletics franchise owner, Elexis will use her teaching experience to deliver engaging, skill-based programs that help kids build confidence through movement. Her approach goes beyond just playing the game—it’s about helping children grow, learn teamwork, and develop a lifelong love for sports.
