Dr. Michael Lau brings an impressive background to the Overtime Athletics family. With over a decade of leadership experience in life sciences, molecular diagnostics, and biopharmaceutical development, Dr. Lau currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Anbio Biotechnology. He also holds the position of Executive Director and Head of Global Business Development at Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd. (OTCMKTS: PHBBF), a leading global provider of pharmaceutical R&D services.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Lau has held senior leadership roles at GenScript Biotech, Distek, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where he oversaw major initiatives in biologics manufacturing, GMP operations, and commercialization strategy. In his current roles, he continues to drive business performance, strategic planning, and global growth execution.

Dr. Lau holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, as well as an Executive MBA. His passion for business development, coupled with a heart for youth sports and community engagement, makes him a fantastic addition to the Overtime Athletics network.
