A former Olympian, seasoned coach, and fierce advocate for youth development, Mina brings over a decade of experience in coaching track & field and multi-sport athletes. Her journey from personal adversity to Olympic triumph fuels her passion for empowering the next generation — not just to succeed in sports, but to overcome life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.

Mina’s coaching philosophy is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and motivation. As a single mother of three and a proud grandmother, she first honed her coaching skills with her own children. Today, she continues to inspire athletes of all abilities, including children with disabilities, by embracing adaptive approaches that help every child shine.

Beyond the field, Mina is a powerful voice for single parents in sports and a champion for inclusion. Her leadership will undoubtedly uplift the community, fostering an environment where every child can thrive.
