We’re thrilled to introduce Frank Lord, who brings a lifetime of passion and experience in sports to Overtime Athletics.

Frank has been immersed in sports as both a player and a coach for most of his life. Growing up, he played hockey in high school and college, gaining invaluable lessons that have shaped his journey.

Together with his wife, Katie, and their four children, Frank shares a love for sports, including hockey, basketball, lacrosse, rugby, and even Irish dancing! His family also enjoys outdoor adventures, often traveling up and down the East Coast in their camper.

A Rutgers University graduate with a degree in Marketing, Frank has spent the last 20 years working in sales for Fortune 500 companies. He credits his sports background for the discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that have driven his career success.

Frank is excited to bring his enthusiasm and expertise to OTA, sharing his love of sports with the Richmond community.
