We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to the Overtime Athletics family—Charlotte, North Carolina! Led by Mac Hanslip, a lifelong athlete and dedicated professional, this new franchise is set to bring top-tier youth sports programming to the local community.

Mac’s journey in athletics began early, playing AAU basketball and varsity high school football, and later working in multiple Division 1 athletic departments, including The University of Alabama’s Strategic Planning division. He credits sports and his influential coaches for shaping his character and resilience, helping him navigate life’s challenges.

A graduate of The University of Alabama, where he earned Summa Cum Laude honors in Finance, Economics, and Mathematics, Mac has spent the last five years building expertise in Consulting, Investment Banking, and Corporate Finance. Now, he is combining his passion for sports and business to build a premier youth sports program in Charlotte—one that will empower kids both on and off the field.
