Reston VA | November 18th, 2025: Overtime Athletics is thrilled to welcome Annette and Fredrick Eugenio as the newest franchise owners in San Diego, California!

Their story is one built on friendship, family, sports, and a whole lot of community impact. High school best friends turned business partners, Annette and Fred have spent years building successful ventures together — including a local hair salon and a thriving events company that produced major Beer Fests and island concerts throughout Southern California from 2017–2020.

Annette brings a powerful sports background, having served with the San Diego Padres and the Hall of Champions, where she spearheaded the RBI Program serving youth ages 4–17. Fred has coached their kids' teams across baseball, soccer, and football, bringing hands-on experience with youth development and team leadership.

From 2011 to 2020, the duo also managed front operations for the nationally televised Perfect Game All American Classic (PGAAC) at Petco Park — giving them extensive experience in the sports and entertainment world at the highest levels.

With rich backgrounds in both youth and adult sports programming—and now with their own kids grown up—Annette and Fred are excited to bring their passion and expertise to the Greater San Diego community. They are committed to delivering the very best in before-school and after-school sports, enrichment, and FUN for local kids.
