We are thrilled to introduce Rob Kroggel as the newest member of the Overtime Athletics family! Rob brings a lifelong passion for sports, a wealth of leadership experience, and a true dedication to youth development to the Jacksonville, FL community.

Growing up in Ohio, Rob was always involved in sports, a passion that continued through his time at Boston College and during his service in the Army. After spending the last 20 years in supply chain and logistics, Rob recognizes how the invaluable lessons of teamwork and collaboration learned on the field have propelled his career forward.

Rob’s love for sports is truly a family affair. His wife, a former Division 1 swimmer, now coaches high school and recreational swim, while their three children, ages 14, 12, and 8, enjoy a wide array of sports, including soccer, swim, basketball, and more. As a dedicated youth sports coach for over a decade, Rob has witnessed firsthand the powerful impact sports can have on young lives—both physically and through life lessons like perseverance and teamwork.

Rob shares, "Beyond the physical benefits of staying active, the life lessons that sports teach kids are amazing. Watching a sport finally click for a kid who’s been practicing for months or even years is so rewarding."

We couldn’t be more excited to have Rob lead Overtime Athletics in Jacksonville. His passion, experience, and commitment to enriching the lives of young athletes make him the perfect fit to bring our programs to the community.
