Please help us welcome Monica McGuire as the newest franchise owner to the OTA Family. Monica is a coach, educator, and mother of two with a lifelong passion for helping children thrive—physically, socially, and emotionally. With a Master’s in Education and more than a decade of experience in early childhood and youth development, Monica brings both professional insight and heartfelt dedication to her work.

She understands that families are looking for more than just after-school care—they’re seeking safe, enriching environments where children can build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and experience joy through movement and play. As both a coach and a parent, Monica knows firsthand how powerful those experiences can be. She’s seen her own child go from hesitant and unsure to proud and connected, simply by being supported in the right environment.

Now leading Overtime Athletics in South Quebec, Monica brings high-energy, values-driven sports programming to families across Montreal, Laval, and Gatineau. Her programs reflect Quebec’s unique culture—embracing bilingualism, diversity, outdoor play, and the importance of nurturing the whole child.

Rooted in OTA’s core values—Fun, Safety, Growth, Inclusion, Enrichment, and Instruction—Monica’s mission goes beyond physical activity. She’s committed to creating meaningful, lasting experiences that support children as they grow into their best selves.
