Meet Bob Huynh - A seasoned SVP of Human Resources and Recruiting, Bob brings a powerful blend of leadership and heart to OTA. Raised in Oklahoma and thriving in the fast-paced startup world of the Bay Area (and internationally), Bob is passionate about child development—especially the intersection of movement, education, and leadership. As a proud dad to an 11-year-old and an avid fan of the Warriors and Formula 1, Bob brings energy and intention to everything he does—from the boardroom to the basketball court.

Meet James Na - Born and raised in San Francisco, James embodies the Bay Area spirit—diverse, innovative, and rooted in community. With 10+ years of recruiting experience in tech, his passion lies in building relationships and helping others grow. A lifelong athlete and dedicated fan of the 49ers, Giants, Warriors, and UCLA Bruins, James believes sports teach invaluable life lessons—discipline, teamwork, and grit—and he’s ready to pass those on to the next generation.
